Our vision is to be the leading luxury lingerie brand for the conscious consumer. To create intimates that make a big impact without impacting the environment, that can be worn all day but don’t look like everyday underwear. We want to change the perception that lingerie is only for special occasions, and make it something special for all occasions. Lingerie that feels good and makes you feel good, whatever you are doing. Everyday luxury for the modern woman.
OUR STORY
Founded by a British entrepreneur living in Madrid, Luciela was born out of her frustration at not being able to find beautiful lingerie that didn't dig in in all the wrong places. Having no previous experience in the sector, there followed two years of research and another two years of prototypes before the brand finally launched in 2023. Wholly designed and created by women, all prints and designs are exclusively our own, developed in a small workshop in Madrid before being sent for production in neighbouring Portugal.

SUSTAINABILITY
• 5 years. Our ultimate goal is to create lingerie that will disappear from the planet in under 5 years in landfill conditions. There is still a ways to go, but with the recent development of biodegradable synthetic yarns, this goal is on the way to becoming a reality. Read more here.
• Innovation. We collaborate with European suppliers who are at the forefront of pioneering textile innovation, and we invest in new, sustainable alternatives to traditional materials used in the manufacture of lingerie.
• A European brand. All sourcing and manufacturing for our garments takes place in Europe in order to minimise transport emissions and ensure ethical working conditions.
• End to end. From web hosting, to materials, sourcing, packaging, logistics and more, we do everything we can to minimise the environmental footprint of our brand at every stage of the supply chain.
• Slow fashion. Our collections will remain on sale until we have sold every last piece, because your lingerie doesn't care what season it is.
TRANSPARENCY
We strive to obtain fabrics produced with a maximum of recycled or biodegradable fibres, but it is still a very big challenge to find materials suitable for lingerie whose composition is 100% of one or the other. In the meantime, we want to be fully transparent about the origin and composition of each of the materials used in our garments and packaging, so on our website we provide a full breakdown of every single one of them.
CUSTOMER PROFILE
Women aged between 25 and 45 who are prepared to spend more on sustainably- and ethically-made lingerie. Who value innovation, support independent brands and appreciate quality over quantity. Who want a more sustainable intimates wardrobe, but often find that means sacrificing the essence of lingerie and what makes it beautiful. Not anymore.
